When I came to this course at first time, my score in Toefl exam was 40. However it did not frustrate my motivation for this field. With the help of my best teacher I could improve my English, especially my writing skills were developing day-by-day. As a first result, my essay about Decentralization and Democracy in Multiethnic States captured first place in Switzerland, and I was invited to participate in the conference that organized by Council Of Europe, Swiss Foreign Ministry  and St.Gallen University.
